Teacher Appreciation Week Starts May 7

So, I like to think I’m pretty creative person when it comes to craftiness, but I sometimes need a bit of help.  You may like my tactic, or you may hate it, but I did go to Pinterest to help me out with my Teacher Appreciation gifts this year.  I’m going to go out on a limb and try to do something different this year.  Our boys’ teachers usually get a taradara creation, but I’m thinking they might have about one of everything I’ve made … LOL!  Well, not quite … but…

Teacher Appreciation Week starts May 7th, so we have some time to make some goodies for them {they deserve it!!!  I love our boys’ teachers!!!!!!!!}.

Here are a few Teacher Appreciation handmade gifts that caught my eye:

Skip to my Lou has a great idea on her blog and a tutorial on how you can make these lovely bookmarks for your favorite teacher…

Skip to my Lou also featured the lovely Bev, from Flamingo Toes, on how to do put this wonderful desk organizer together…

This is something I might actually make … it totally caught my eye from Tolen Family Fun‘s blog…

And, last but certainly not least, from Dollar Store Crafts, a very creative monogram piece of art for your wonderful teacher…

How FUN are these projects?  They’re pretty simple to make and are diverse in which ever craft you’re interested in ….

And since we’re talking about gifts, you are always more than welcome to shop taradara to get your teacher a a little Teacher Appreciation gift or a year end gift.  There some great coffee cozies that I’m adding that most likely won’t last long {they seem to be a hot ticket item}.

Have a great week!!!

xo Tara
