Cleaning the house

I just HAD to share this cute series of pictures of my boys cleaning. Not sure about you, but it is sooooooooooooooo hard to get my boys who are 6 and 8 now to do anything around the house WITHOUT pulling teeth or some crazy incentives {aka bribery} ... yes we have a chore chart. It’s the Little Things

It has made me think of the 'little things' in life that I have taken advantage of on a daily basis.  Do you ever stop to think of the little things that you pass up every day? Hittin balls

Lil T Rex hits baseballs over and over. Doesn't miss a one! I am so proud of this kid!  I'm so proud of both my boys!!  This one had his first game this week and my other boy had his first on the weekend!  I cannot wait to watch him and his teammates! I love every year that baseball comes around.  He may not be the next Greg Maddox, BUT, he just might be the next T Rex!!! Who knows what the future holds for these boys.  I'm so ready for the ride. My boys are all about Legos at this time in their lives ...and, probably for the next many years to come.I have loved the transition from "Mom, can you build this for me?" to "Look what I built!!" A resource for kids who are victims of child abuse – SungateKids in Denver

I never want to think of anything ever happening to my boys.  Ever.  The reality is that horrible things happen to kids every day such as child abuse, young children being witnesses to crimes ... horrible  traumatic events happen.
