How does alcohol ink and business tie into one another? I was recently asked to appear on a business talk show and do something artistic/crafty.  I thought to myself, how am I going to pull that off with it relating to business? I'm not much of a business person, I'm the typical ADD artist who is flighty and is always seeing color and art and ways to improve things with paint or whatever!  I have been working with a number of different art mediums and had to focus on one. DIY Before and After – Ombre Chevron Spray Paint

DIY ombre chevron spray paint makeover!! This is truly an easy beginner DIY project. I used 1/4" tape to tape off the chevron pattern.  I did not measure, I simply eyeballed it and taped away. If you follow me on instagram or twitter, you may have been watching the AH-MAZING GOODWILL FINDS! Goodwill is seriously my favorite store. We are pretty lucky in our area that we have such outstanding Goodwill stores in our area.  When I travel for work, I will often scout the local Goodwill and often walk out with treasures! I have told my friends that walking into a Goodwill is like going to the CASINO for me. It's this crazy high for me when I walk out with shoes that sell for $800 retail and not spend near that for them.  It's a high for me when I find AMAZING furniture pieces that have now taken over our garage (it's starting to look like a Goodwill!).  Can't say I have nothing … [Read more...]
