This Greek Salad is low fat and one I started making back home in Canada.
It’s quick and very healthy!
It’s super dooper EASY to make too!
Ingredients for Greek Salad:
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 3 oz of Feta Cheese
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Couple shakes of Basil
Cut all the vegetables up in to bite sized cubes, put in to bowl.
Add feta and basil.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon half
Add the olive oil.
Stir it up gently and serve.
I love to make this Greek salad for myself for midday snack, lunch, or a side for dinner.
